We had a busy weekend that started off getting up early to attend my Aunt Jan’s burial in a small eastern Kansas town. We snagged my mom and brother and brought them home for a few day. (My mom lives in Florida and my brother lives in Washington, DC) So we’ve had a chance to enjoy extended family for this mother’s day.
Jordan made me a very sweet art piece for Mother’s Day:
I love how her teachers at school changed the poem to say “hand” and how they found a way to create a butterfly with one hand. It’s super sweet and made me smile.
